This is Beta version of msDrop.com but it is required that you read carefully and accept this Privacy Policy, before you create your msDrop.com account. We try to explain definitions and rules as simple as possible but if something is unclear please use our help pages.

We do not collect any personal information such as your name, full address, credit card number or bank account, full date of birth, gender etc. We would never ask you to provide us this information.

• If you want to create new account on msDrop.com, you voluntarily give us your e-mail . Your e-mail adress has to be correct and active, because we send you activation link.
• Some your public, basic information are automaticaly saved during creating new account, for example: your IP number, User Agent info (User Agent is information about your browser, name browser or language...)

We use the information we collect to provide our products to you and make them better, develop new products. We use collected e-mails:

• to send activation link, for example if you want to create new account or if you lost your password
• to answer your questions or comments
• to send newsletters, marketing materials and other information that may be of interest to you.

In some cases, for correct display, some your public, basic information are automatically processed (without saving) - for example screen resolution, type or version of your internet browser...

Your email address IS NOT publicly displayed in default settings. When you are logged in you can see your email in some msDrop.com menus - it helps you to know which account you are using currently. For publicly displayed is only ID number of your account.

If you want to personality your account you can turn ON linking your e-mail address with ID number. This function help find your collection by other users. Then is sufficient to write your e-mail in URL - for example https://msdrop.com/?i=test3@msdrop.com

Collected information ARE NOT shared for any third party system, service or person. We share information only:

• on demand of law enforcement
• If we believe that disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with a law
• We may engage in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, reorganization, or similar transaction or proceeding that involves the transfer of the information described in this Policy

When you are browsing msDrop.com it is possible that third party systems may collect, process or save in cookies some non-personally identifiable informations. Even if your collection is set as private third party may be activated:

• when you can see image or watch video from source server
• when statistical analyzes are run at msDrop.com
• when you see advertising at msDrop.com
